Summary:

Seasoned Senior Business Analyst with 3–7 years of experience driving organizational change through IT transformations, including implementations of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and Supply Chain products. Acts as a tactical bridge between IT and business units, translating business needs into technical solutions. Skilled in understanding and mapping business processes, coordinating change initiatives, and supporting organizational change management. Serves as the primary business liaison for cross-functional and cross-divisional initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system specifications for ERP and WMS implementations.

  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops to define current and future state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Support cross-divisional initiatives by aligning business needs with technology solutions and ensuring consistent execution across teams.

  • Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents, Process Flows, and use cases. Support development of and provide approval for Functional Specifications

  • Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into test plans, scripts, and execution strategies.

  • Manage system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for ERP and WMS solutions.

  • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support organizational change management efforts including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ensure integration and data consistency between ERP, WMS, and other enterprise systems.

  • Travel to business sites as needed during relevant phases of implementation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Execution, or equivalent certification or experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organisational change management with proven track record of stakeholder engagement, project coordination, effective communication and relationship management.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and integrating WMS with ERP platforms; including cross-functional modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Logistics Execution (LE), with proven results in optimizing operations.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, data flows, and system dependencies.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools or reporting platforms is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ERP and WMS implementations, including integration across modules such as Plan to Produce, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Logistics Execution.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including warehousing, inventory management, procurement, order fulfillment, and financial flows.

  • Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows across multiple business units.

  • Experience conducting fit/gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems.

  • Skilled in coordinating master data reviews, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.

  • Experience supporting organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication planning.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.

  • Experience in cross-divisional project coordination and acting as a liaison between business and IT.

  • Familiarity with hazardous goods legislation (e.g., ADR / IMDG / VLAREM) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
